Questions about pricing
What is a workspace?
A workspace is one brand or one client: its own tracking, ad accounts, social profiles, dashboards, client context and access. Agencies typically run one workspace per client.
How does the trial work?
After a demo we set up your private SpoorFox stack with a 14 day trial. You add a payment method before the trial ends to keep using it; without one the subscription ends and nothing is charged.
How can I pay?
By card, charged automatically at the start of each billing period, or on request by invoice with 30 day payment terms. Invoices are emailed and available in the billing portal.
What happens if I go over my limits?
Your usage against each limit is visible in the billing view of your workspace. You can move to a larger plan at any moment; the change is prorated on your next invoice.
How do AI credits work?
The AI agent uses prepaid credits. You buy a pack once, credits are added when the invoice is paid, and they stay valid for twelve months after your last purchase. Usage per model tier and day is visible in your billing view.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and end at the end of the current month; annual plans end at the end of the paid year. See our cancellation and refund policy for the details.
